

Jennifer Weber, PH.D, BCBA-D, LBA

Director of Systems for Learning and Development
Dr. Jennifer Weber, BCBA-D, is the Co-Founder of KIT Educational Consulting and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst–Doctoral based in New York City. She holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Columbia University and a B.S. in Special Education from Towson University.

At KIT, Dr. Weber partners with school districts and organizations nationwide to design effective learning environments, scale evidence-based practices, and build smarter systems for teaching, learning, and human development. She has taught graduate-level courses in education and behavior analysis at Nicholls State University and Teachers College, Columbia University.

Her research interests include instructional design, behavior science, systems change, and creating sustainable supports for students with diverse learning needs.

Caroline Linfante, PH.D, BCBA-D, LBA
CO-FOUNDER
Director of Educational Partnerships and Development
Dr. Caroline Linfante, BCBA-D, is the Co-Founder of KIT Educational Consulting and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst–Doctoral based in New Jersey. A former special education teacher with over a decade of classroom experience, she has worked across self-contained, inclusion, and general education settings.

Dr. Linfante earned her undergraduate degree in elementary and special education from Salve Regina University, and her M.A. and Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Columbia University.
​
At KIT, she partners with public and private schools to design behavior systems, promote inclusive practices, and deliver staff coaching and professional development. She has also taught graduate courses at St. Elizabeth University and Purdue Global University.
Her research interests include maternal health, caregiver well-being, and the application of behavior analysis to covert behavior.
