How Our Process Works
-
Complete an Intake Assessment – Parents and students complete a standardized executive function and adaptive behavior assessment online before the first session. A secondary assessment may be conducted if additional evaluation is needed. A one-time intake fee of $200 per student covers this assessment and consultation.
-
Comprehensive Consultation with Our Expert Team – A BCBA or school psychologist reviews assessment results, conducts a 1:1 consultation with both the parent and student, and develops a customized coaching plan. This ensures student buy-in and alignment of goals.
-
Program Enrollment & Membership Selection – Clients enroll in the PEERS® Group Coaching program with the option to add 1:1 Coaching or Parent Education Memberships for additional support.
-
Start Virtual Coaching – Weekly cohort-based group sessions begin, ensuring structured learning and peer collaboration. The next cohort begins mid-May 2025.
-
Ongoing Progress Tracking & Adjustments – Clients receive continuous support, with adjustments made as they progress through their coaching plan.
How We Use Standardized Assessments
As part of our intake process, we utilize standardized tools to assess executive function and adaptive behavior strengths. These assessments help develop a personalized coaching plan based on each student’s needs.
✔ Executive Function Assessment – Identifies strengths & areas for growth in impulse control, working memory, cognitive flexibility.
✔ Adaptive Behavior Assessment – Evaluates independent living skills, communication, and socialization abilities.
✔ Additional assessments may be recommended based on individual needs.
These assessments are completed virtually before coaching begins, allowing our team to create an individualized learning plan.
